Most visits are confirmed within 48 hours of your request. For anniversaries, festivals such as Qingming or Hari Raya, or other dates of meaning, we suggest booking at least a week ahead so we can match the right visit keeper to the place you name.

We're launching in the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Cheras, Subang) in 2026. Other Malaysian states will follow as more families reach out to us.

Your request and the place you name are shared only with you and the visit keeper who goes, and we never share your details with third parties. On the day, you join by live video call, and the call is yours, with the person you've come to see. We don't record the call, unless requested.

You pay per visit, and there are no subscriptions and no hidden fees. Both prices are written out on the packages page.
